I think it would be great if...

Bob Dylan - Royal Festival Hall, London 1964

This show was recorded by Pye records for Columbia in 1964. Bob Dylan's first major U.K. show, and it exists gathering dust in Columbia's vaults in apprently stunning quality in terms of performance and sound.

It's rumoured that it was mastered for possible release in 2006 as a bonus freebie with 'Modern Times' but then scrapped.

Although we have the official 'Live 1964' release, this is significantly different in terms of the set played - first ever performance of 'Mr. Tambourine Man', 'Restless Farewell', 'It Ain't Me Babe' with an extra verse that has never been heard?!?

I think this would be a great 'collectors' release - perhaps it could be made available as a offer through the official bobdylan.com website?
